By submitting any product idea or other information to Mercury Shop, I am agreeing to the following Terms of Disclosure. I acknowledge that I am authorized to submit the information I have provided to Mercury Shop. I understand that any product ideas submitted to Mercury Shop will be reviewed and that my disclosure will not breach in any way any confidentiality or other obligation with regard to the information. I acknowledge that I am not a minor (under 18 years of age) and I am legally able to act as a representative of the submitted opportunity.
I acknowledge that the disclosure is being made on a NON-CONFIDENTIAL basis (i.e., I am only submitting non-confidential information) and that no confidentiality obligations whatsoever are created or implied by submitting this opportunity. I acknowledge that Mercury Shop and/or its affiliates may disclose this opportunity to others, and that those others may rely upon this agreement.
I acknowledge that I am not relying upon Mercury Shop in any way whatsoever for legal or financial advice, including (but not limited to) advice concerning the intellectual property protection of my submission. I acknowledge that no relationship or other obligation between myself and Mercury Shop is being created by the submission of this opportunity. I acknowledge that no party shall have any obligations to me unless I enter into a subsequent written agreement executed by me and an authorized representative of Mercury Shop.
I acknowledge that my submission of this application does not guaranty acceptance onto the Mercury platform and that my product may be rejected for any reason and without further explanation. I further acknowledge that If my product is accepted, that sales of my product on the Mercury platform may be terminated at any time for any reason and without further explanation.
I acknowledge that if I have any questions regarding this agreement, I should consult with my own lawyer.
